GrandeVille at Greenwich

Best leasing staff I have ever worked with. Big kudos to Emily, Ryan, and Maggie. Easily the best apartments in RI! A bit pricey but you certainly get what you pay for. Been here for nearly 3 years and just signed on for another 15 months!

GrandeVille is a great place to live. From the amenities, to how close in proximity it is to Providence, right down to management and maintenance, everything is just great. Management is responsive and maintenance has always taken care of any issues quicker than expected. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

This is an update to a roughly 3 year old review I did of GrandeVille. Having rented at now 5 different luxury apartment communities in almost as many years, I think the 3 stars I initially gave was a bit low. Originally I commented on aspects like location, the unit itself, and the condition of the road leading up to here. The location is fantastic! I consider it the best of all places I’ve lived at. Very convenient to 95, not far from work in Warwick, and plenty of undeveloped woods in the area. I wasn’t a fan of having laminate flooring in the living and dining room (prefer wall to wall carpeting….bucking the trend, I know). Bottom of the stairs in my unit got chilly in the winter. I would love to give a big shout out to Randy who made my transition to apartment life easy. It was a trying time for me and he was kind, patient, caring and very knowledgeable. This place would not run without him. I also want to acknowledge Mike and Eric from the maintenance team. As I’m sure with any complex things need to be fixed. Well I had to call on the maintenance team a few times. These two guys were amazing. I’m amazed at how much Eric knows about appliances and plumbing. These two always answered any questions I had. I couldn’t get my Smart Thermostat to work right on the hottest day in June. Of course this was 8:30 at night. I left an emergency message and Mike was at my door in 15 minutes. He solved my problem and I was so grateful. This complex is very safe and quiet. Plenty

I have been here for more than 5 years and recommend the property for the following reasons. It is safe, modern, clean, and quiet. Emily and her management staff have been extremely receptive to quickly resolving any issues that have come up over my entire time here. The maintenance and service staff are equally vigilant respectful and professional. The property is also extremely pet friendly, and everyone abides by the pet rules and regulations Highly recommend giving this a close look.
