Grande Oaks Parc Apartments

I lived here for a year and a half and it was a great experience! My view was spectacular and honestly, I miss it! Emily and Bernard are fantastic! And fyi, maintenance responds within 24 hours. The pictures online are real - the pool/ amenity center is unbelievable!

I have been here since August 2024. I call my apartment my little cozy corner. It my little slice of peace and heaven. I have had the absolute best experience with staff. Love Emily, she did my tour and helped me sign all my paperwork. Shaw has always been an absolute pleasure. Jasmine is so kind and always helps me with all my chaotic self. (Not sure how I constantly have issues with mail it’s not just here. I’ve had issues ever since I moved to Charleston) Andre (I hope I spelled his name right) is beyond helpful. He is so kind and anything that I need fixed he is always on it. I have had normal things come up like oven lights needing replaced, water temp needing adjusted, air conditioning, pest control literally everything has always been taken care of. I’ve really enjoy living here. The community is great . The management and maintenance teams are great—they’re friendly, easy to reach, and quick to take care of anything that comes up. The apartments are spacious and I have an amazing view from my balcony. The amenities are nice and the fitness center is amazing! The location is convenient and close to pretty much everything.

I give the staff here a 5/5. Jasmine who works in the office is an absolute gem and an amazing person overall, she helped me a ton. And Brendon the maintenance manager is a very chill hardworking honest man.

The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable — they always go above and beyond to assist with anything that is needed. The community is welcoming and friendly, making it a pleasure to call this place home. And the apartments themselves are simply beautiful — well-designed, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend!
