Grande Oaks at Old Roswell Apartment Homes

As a resident of this apartment complex, I can honestly say that I feel very satisfied with all the services they provide. I know that no apartment complex is perfect, but here they truly make an effort to give their best. The service, attention, and friendliness of the staff are on top. They are always willing to help and handle situations in the best possible way. That really makes a difference and makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of as a resident. It’s a place where you can truly see the commitment to the community and the respectful treatment toward residents.

I can’t say enough great things about this apartment complex. From day one, the management team has been professional, responsive, and genuinely kind—they make you feel like more than just a tenant. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the staff always follows up to make sure everything is done right. Lisa and Lori are amazing.

I love the apartment and neighbors! Everyone is very friendly. The office manager is very nice and helpful! If you need something repaired the are quick to come out and fix it. The grounds are beautiful and kept clean. Love the amenities! With the gates I feel safe here also! I highly recommend!

Never rent here. I have been living here for two years, and my experience has been extremely disappointing due to poor management. Whenever issues are reported, I’m told they don’t have answers, and if I push for a solution, I’m told I’m “welcome to leave the apartment.” In the winter, the heating system does not work, and in the summer, the AC doesn’t work. The heating has been down multiple times, including once for up to 15 days, with no proper explanation or resolution. There are also frequent water shortages, and I’ve gone two consecutive days without water. Living here has been incredibly frustrating. I do not recommend this place at all.

Beautiful community with a wonderful staff! I also really enjoy the gym, I was able to cancel my gym membership and hit the weights right close to home. Definitely recommend Grand Oaks at Roswell to all those who are apartment searching!
