Anytime my friends see my apartment they instantly love it. It’s cozy yet spacious (1 bedroom) and i get a view of the trees. I’ve never had any issues with getting packages!

Mia Shaw is the BEST!!! Grande Hill Estates has definitely found a gem 💎!!! Customer service was top tier. Not only was she helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns, her expert knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail is UNMATCHED! Mia definitely took the time to make sure I had the BEST experience when touring the property. She is without a doubt passionate about what she does in her efforts to make potential and future residents feel right at home!!! 🙂

Overall, I would probably recommend. We leased here for about 5 months as we transition into our home. We were gonna stay longer but the roaches took over!!! Pros: MAINTENANCE was ALWAYS fast! Same day or next morning and were friendly!! Some of the office staff were nice!! (Not all) The office was always clean and inviting! The unit was moderately updated! Well lit parking lots at night! Plenty of parking near our building! Friendly environment for walking!! Gate was always working and majority of the time closed!! Amenities and the gym were nice! Cons: despite the several pest control request and service provided, the roaches persisted(I know this can happen anywhere, but this is what caused us to leave). Some of the front office staff were not friendly or inviting when asked questions

This has by far been one of the best move-in experiences in my apartment leasing history. The property is great & the office staff are a breeze. They answer every question & never hesitate to give you full breakdowns. I'm highly satisfied & most definitely recommend!!!

I like my new home, front office ladies are amazing very helpful & responsive. Maintenance is quick & response if needed. Neighbors are nice and very welcoming on my end. I actually love this place so far plus my unit was remodeled & I love it.
