I can finally post this review and talk about this place since I no longer live there and I finally paid my last bill. Where do I even begin? I have lived there for 2 years and it’s been nothing but one headache after another. Let me start with the manager Jenein. She’s very fake and condescending. She can very rude and also say things that are not exactly true. My feedback would be to be more honest with people before moving in and stop leaving excuses left and right with the residents. You made me feel like it was my fault that the mold was at the apartment but it has already been there right before I had moved. My experience with Grand Riviera application and move in process was seamless!! Mario was amazing!! He understood my needs and worked with me. Approval was fast and easy. Amber answered all my questions and responded in a timely fashion! Their customer service was amazing. Fast forward to my move-in day, Mario took his time and walked me through everything. He was very thorough and patient!! If you're looking for new home or start ask for more Mario or Amber!

My experience moving into Grand Riviera with Mario as my leasing agent was phenomenal from start to finish. Mario made me feel right at home and was so patient with all of my questions (and I had a lot as this was my first time renting alone). Mario’s communication was very thorough and consistent. He guided me to a unit I am very happy in and feel blessed to have stumbled upon. Thank you Mario for your supportive and welcoming attitude because it truly made a difference in my experience. Moving to Grand Rivera community was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Bre made my experience amazing when I just moved in. With my growing family I transfer to the townhouse side and Rico has been an amazing agent. His hospitality and warmness is a 100%, he made my transition so easy. Overall the entire staff is always nice and welcoming. If you looking for a good and safe community Grand Rivera is the place to be.
