Grand Reserve

I loved this place when I was living there for three months, I liked the landscaping and the trees although it's leaves wasn't cleaned up regularly, and I had to sweep in front of the door every day, the pool was closed from all around the only way To go in is by the reception and they are not open 24 hours! Too bad there had been a fire in the apartment above ours and we had water damaged and had to leave.

I lived at this place for three months, it was like a vacation place because of it's lakes and trees, I rented 1bd apartment, and it's area was convenient, one thing i didn't like that the bathroom was inside the bedroom! The parking lot reserved for each apt. And there are many visitors parking lot distributed properly, it has 4 tennis courts and one swimming pool...

Bought a 2BR ground floor unit for $23k if that tells you anything. Money grubbing management and the only thing keeping them standing are termites holding hands. Made $5k and moved on. You get what you pay for.

Beautiful property, carefully maintained. Management is very responsive and easy to work with!

The property is amazing. The people in the office are amazing but they are private owners, one of the private owners by the name of Dayana Marinucci Likes to ask for money ahead of time without no expections or approval. She also asks for $175 for an application fee then she wants a separate $65 for the water mind you you will never see a bill that’s just what she charges a separately. My mom got approved for an apartment she let Section8 go in past the apartment to then call my mom yelling with a whole attitude to say she’s no longer renting the apartment. She had everyone doing a whole process till the end say she’s not renting. I will not trust her because all she wants is money. She seems like a really nice person. Seems like she wants to help but she’s just going to screw you at the e
