Same issue as Garrett, the warranty team sounds nice and speaks politely, but it’s only to gaslight you and save money. The house is a train wreck at closing e.g., broken windows, scratched windows, windows that won't open, windows that won't close, broken window seals, broken tile, uneven tile, missing tile grout, dented hardwood, scratched hardwood, holes in drywall, uneven drywall, broken light fixtures, missing light fixtures, unpainted surfaces, sloppy painted surfaces, uneven trim, doors with no seals, faulty door locks, cracks in drywall, crooked trim, chipped shower glass, lawn with erosion, poor lawn drainage. Expect to wait an extra year as they drag their feet to find the cheapest bandaids. Toll Brothers should be embarrassed and ashamed for such poor quality.

Tried contacting them through email and phone. I started getting many auto mails. I am assigned an online consultant Alana with no response. Looks like Tollbrothers is replacing people with bots. Toll brothers has a good brand name. I am not sure if they are getting lost in the digital world.

This place closes before 5:30 on weekdays , people visiting this Toll brothers location, please plan accordingly.
