Grand Peaks

It's been 7 months and I still don't have my deposit back from Grand Peaks when they owned Altura in Phoenix. No one calls back. I have filed with the AZ Attorney General's office. Grand Peaks corporate does not answer their phone. They have completely violated the tenant/landlord laws. Do not rent from their properties.

My initial experience with Grand Peaks was deeply frustrating. After following instructions to register my vehicle for garage parking, my car was still tagged and towed — even though it was registered and I had reached out through both voicemail and the resident portal to clarify the situation. I received no response, and was later told that portal messages aren’t checked — something residents were never informed of. My car was towed from a paid-for space, and I was left to pay $117 out of pocket. Only after posting my review did management send out an email clarifying towing policies, which felt reactionary rather than preventative. I wish I could put 0 stars! The Seven at Boca Raton 10235 Boca Entrada Blvd, Boca Raton, FL 33428 The worst management ever! Erika, Chakira, Vanessa are the most unprofessional group of people. They don’t answer and when you go to the office they are rude and no help. If you are looking to move in , please stay away!!! If you planning to move to the unit 221 building 6, please be careful. There is mold over, the floor is wet! We moved in October 2024 to the unit 221 in building 6. The water heater was leaking. We reposted the issue multiple times but it was never fix. Charge residents after they’ve paid their rent, additional charges creating residents a new balance, & they are not late charges. Office manager is super rude & condescending, if she doesn’t know how to to communicate, she tells you to leave the office.

Grand peaks purchased a property we had been maintaining. Upon purchase they explained that they would love to keep us and to continue. When given the invoice they would not approve us in their system. Then when it was due they just ignored our emails calls and texts. We provided services for a month, we received no payment and no know one is answering.
