I recently had the opportunity to visit the Gran Pavilion Apartments in Tampa, and I had a great experience. The property itself is very nice — well-maintained, clean, and welcoming. Chanel was especially helpful and informative throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood everything. I normally don’t write reviews, but I genuinely felt like I had to for Chanel Marchena. Working with her was such a blessing. From day one, she was knowledgeable, patient, and completely dedicated to helping me find the right place. She made everything feel easy and stress-free, which I truly appreciated. Anytime I had questions or concerns, she was dependable and quick to respond. What really stood out was how trustworthy and sincere she is. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she helps. Chanel is not only amazing at her job, but she’s also such a lovely person inside and out. I had a great experience with Chanel, she was patient and very helpful. The property is clean and peaceful. Walking around felt very enjoyable. I also liked to see residents using the amenities offered. The pool is resort style.
