Grand Homes - Heath Golf & Yacht Club

We had a great experience building our home with Grand Homes, and working with Tino, the contractor in charge of our build, made the process even better. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, responsive, and attentive. Any time we had questions or needed anything, Tino was quick to answer and always made sure we understood each step of the process. He was eager to address any concerns we had and consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. We truly appreciate his dedication and commitment to quality. We highly recommend Grand Homes and are grateful to have had Tino overseeing our home build!

So far I've had very good experiences with Good Homes. I first met Brian Runey then met Valerie. Both have been awesome to me and answered all of my questions. I am a fan of the Lake Forest Plan. Hope to do business soon.

We felt unwelcomed. The staff whoever was there was ignoring us. He didn’t even do eye contact with us. No any response. He totally ignored us. he was judging us on idk what. Such a bad customer service. Go there only if you are white or presentable with designer items to get attention. He should be educated on basic looking people can afford that house too. U judged us based on what???? I have multiple good source of income i bet i earn more than you Mr ( whatever your name is). The house was not wow wow either. Kitchen area looks too crowded. Too many two steps up or down on random areas which is not appropriate for aging or special need people or walking disability.

Terrible experience from the person there on 3/5/26. Won't even consider them anymore.

Valerie has been fantastic! My wife and I are very happy to be building with Grand Homes in Heath Yacht and Golf.
