Grand Homes - Chatham Reserve

We are currently building with Grand Homes in the beautiful boutique community of Chatham Reserve in Providence Village! We have been working with Erica in sales and Abel as our builder. I never thought building a custom home could be so incredibly seamless. The communication and updates are top notch. The service we have received from Grand Homes is unmatched! Ive been quite indecisive in design choices (because there are so many good ones) yet they have never made me feel like my scattered brain has been an issue. I truly thought I would be a nervous wreck throughout this process but its been nothing but pure excitement, and I truly owe that to Erica, Abel and to Grand Homes for building our dream home!!!! Highly Highly recommend!

Grand Homes is the best!! Erica is our sales person and she’s been wonderful to work with. She’s been with us every step of the way and genuinely cared for our home throughout the build process. Grand homes is known for their high quality finishes, so if you are looking for the right builder, I highly recommend Grand!!

I usually avoid leaving reviews for builders, but I felt compelled this time. My experience here was disappointing from start to finish. The service was inattentive, the atmosphere unwelcoming, and it honestly felt like the staff couldn’t care less about customers. What’s even more telling is that if you look at the reviews for this place, there are only two and both appear to be written by employees. It’s hard to trust a “community” that doesn’t seem to have any genuine feedback from actual patrons. I would caution anyone considering this place to think twice before wasting their time or money.

Erica is such a wealth of knowledge! She took the time to explain the community to me and her available offerings to give me a great idea of what this community has to offer. I highly recommend working with her!
