I do not recommend moving into this building. 2 months ago, another tenant damaged the garage door, but the manager, Amal wrongly blamed my wife and tried to make us pay. Even when I asked to review camera footage, the regional manager refused and sided with Amal. In the end, to avoid a long fight, I agreed verbally to pay part of the bill. Not long after, I found mushrooms growing in my bathroom walls from moisture and mold. Instead of fixing it, Amal blamed me, claimed it was impossible for this building to have mold, and even threatened to take me to court, saying I would be charged thousands of dollars. I called the fire department, who inspected my unit and the building and confirmed multiple violations. The next day, cheap contractors were sent to start tearing into my bathroom. I d

Used to be a great place until new management and maintenance came they all suck ! And they retaliate when you ask them to do the job. Super unprofessional I wish they would get new people in the office and a maintenance person that actually wants to work. I’ll probably be a target after this review but I wouldn’t recommend moving here anymore

Been here 4 years! Great property and location leasing and management is very unprofessional. They do not answer their phone I’ve sat and called and watch (Anne) the leasing manager just sit on her phone. The do not respond to you emails in a timely manner. Maintaince request takes an extremely long amount of time to be addressed. My heat went out for 2 weeks they expected a full month of rent. I’ve asked for corporate contact information numerous of times and have been respectfully declined. I’ve been waiting for 2 bedroom for 4 years to be available keep being told I would be informed when one was available and has yet been informed there’s been more than a dozen available since I’ve been here. Do Not recommend renting here AT ALL!!!!

I applied several weeks ago and had paid both application and deposit fee. Unfortunately, I didn’t move on with application and was told by Anne at the office that my deposit would be mailed back to me. I have left countless voicemails with the office and there has not been a response on the whereabouts of my check. This is unprofessional service and makes me very suspicious of the staff at this location. Please respond to this as soon as possible with an update on this matter. Both email addresses that I was given have my mail bouncing back. **After reading multiple reviews about this same incident I am experiencing trying to get my deposit, I now believe this place is a scam and are probably using our money hence the refusal to respond to any of our messages. I have been living here for two years going on three years. I’m in constant fear because they keep towing my car. For stupidness like parking on the white line this week they towing my car two times.. prior to that my car has been towed three times since I got it within two months. When I applied to this complex the management took all my car information. I don’t understand why they keep towing my car. This is frustrating and annoying I’m in constant fear that I wouldn’t go to work because they keep towing my car. I’m a resident. I live here I paid rent. Why should I be harassed and in constant fear? that my car wouldn’t be there to make it on time to work? I had to be at work this morning came outside My car is gone this happen every Friday. The management never does nothing about it.
