Don't you dare make a complaint or make management look bad, even if you have problems or you could have hell to pay. I should know I lived there almost 9 years and would have stayed but I made management look bad so she found ways to make me so miserable. That's what happened to me and I let them win because the fight wasn't worth it for me. So if you live there or decide to move in all I can tell you is good luck and you could need it

Went to office and office manager smoked like a chimney was rude, and even though I had official documentation for 2 service animals told me I would have to get rid of one. Which is illegal to say to anyone. When 2 people have disabilities you don't tell them they can't have there service animals cause they only allow 1 pet. Then I was told to redo my application cause it wasn't detailed enough. I would rather stay where im at then deal with people as in professional as that apt. Manager. Good luck living with that drama.

Shabby, run down apartments, management lacking in professionalism. Maintenance person undependable and untrustworthy behavior. Hope the Owner reads this and makes some changes to current staff. Management should not rely on "hearsay" nor allow other persons into a tenanants apartment without permission.

The worst management company I’ve ever encountered. The apartments are run down with roaches and bed bugs.. this use to be a great place to live however now it’s over ran with bottom feeders and a piss poor manager.

This place is absolutely the worst place to live they are discrimatory Rita her self told me she is raising the rent to $700 a month and she has discriminated my mother in law made threats to her and a land lord don’t need to do that kind of stuff banning a 4 yr old from the property that lives there banning the4 and 6 yr old that live there from the park and pool that’s on the property With an adult present with them they don’t fix anything you can ask my mother-in-law she will tell you straight up they will not fix anything because she has had her water heater her tall little tear up and a bunch of other things in the apartment and she has went to them repeatedly and they will not do nothing at all
