Grand Boulevard Apartments

My auntie lived here for the past 3 years but the last year there was a management change and it all went downhill! They don't do any repairs they jack up the rent up so high its unbelievable. Her heater didn't work last winter and they brought her an old space heater insted of fixing it. "Still not fixed" She is on a fixed income so had to find a new place she wasn't even given the opportunity to pro rate her rent to help her out how can a company treat a senor citizen this way she always payed her rent on time and she was treated so poorly. If you move here Beware of management they will up your rent they will not fix anything for you. You can definitely find elsewhere much nicer and taken care of place then here! Oh yeah and if you want to do laundry you gave a dirty washer room to do

My granddaughter lives there and my great grandkids so it's always a pleasure to go there...
