Grand Bay Apartments and Townhomes

We chose Grand Bay because we needed a genuinely spacious three-bedroom, and these apartments are noticeably larger than anything else we viewed locally. The quality of the finish is impeccable, and the high ceilings and natural light make the space feel even bigger. The community is relaxed and friendly, and the amenities are first-rate. The main community and office area has a brilliant espresso machine, the gym is modern, and the pool is beautiful. Management has been outstanding. Marissa has been exceptionally attentive and responsive by text and email at any time, which really mattered as we moved over the holidays. She checked in regularly and dealt with every small issue quickly and professionally. Highly recommend Grand Bay, and a big thank you to Marissa for making the move-in

I had the opportunity in August to view the property as I consider making changes of residency. I was met by property staff Marrissa, who showed me properties across from the office, very pleasant and enjoyable to talk with and seeing new amenities and updates.

My wife and I started looking for a new apartment a few months back. After speaking with Marissa at Grand Bay we were very impressed with her professionalism and scheduled a tour. When we got the the complex and met with Marissa we were 100% sure this is where we wanted to move. She was warm, caring and sincere. We decided to move forward with our application. We moved in on June 1st had a few minor new apartment issues that were quickly addressed by Marissa and the maintenance team. I’ve lived here for over two years. The office staff is friendly and kind. Maintenance is incredibly helpful and kind, wonderful guys. Residents are friendly and quiet. It’s been a wonderful place to live. I will say that since the new management company took over, the property has not been as well maintained. It takes numerous complaints from many residents to get things handled. If you're looking for a place to rent, I would recommend taking your money to newer complexes instead of here.
