They went from working well with us when we moved in on 2014 to they were finding way to get us to move out by taking us to court. We were too old for them, tired of us not sending the rent check 2 weeks in advance, and being on a fixed income. Not any complaints from other renters and even did snow removal in front our building and we did a lot repairs in the apartment and never requested to be paid back. And because an ambulance happen to show up a lot in one year that was another nail in our coffin. But for a place that went through 3 companies and 7 managers in 9 1/2 years is something that should cause you to doing a search on them.

Beautiful apartments with large living space and fully equipped housing however, Sam is unfortunately a terrible land lord- irresponsible and extremely poor communication. We gave a 60 day move out notice and they are requiring monthly payment for an additional month after the date noted on the notice given to them because they said it goes off of the last day of communication, which is the day they responded to our notice. Other tenants breaking lease agreement without consequences putting other residents safety at risk due to witnessed drug trafficking and IV drug use in the parking lot. Management was notified and no disciplinary action was taken. Would not recommend. The unethical management and the constant drug trafficking and drug use greatly outweigh the nice living spaces offered.

They increased my rent for providing functioning facilities. 75 per month for a cat. And the ground outside my windows are dead trees and shrubbery.

Immaculate, well-insulated & well-designed townhomes. Maintenance is personable & on-the-ball with mowing/plowing, etc. Professional management & reasonable rental rates too!

Well kept grounds but you definately pay for it. Monthly rents are high for the area. Garages are available for parking and storage.
