While the community's popularity can sometimes make parking rough, the overall quality, unique style, and professional management ensure a pretty smooth sailing ⛵️😎

My son had a wonderful experience staying here. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made settling in easy from day one. Everything was conveniently located, and the staff was friendly, responsive, and truly cared about the residents. As a parent, it was reassuring to know he was in a place that felt safe, welcoming, and well managed. Overall, it was a great place to live and a positive experience all around.

The staff was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and very informative throughout the entire stay. They took great care of my family member, which truly gave our family peace of mind. The level of attention, communication, and compassion shown did not go unnoticed. if ur living here for an education i dont plan on living here. walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the people below you, beside, and above which can be extremely irritating when your neighbors are blasting music til 5am and you are trying to sleep, security rarely does anything above it too. parking is terrible unless u get lucky with a reserved parking pass. stuff will be broken and most likely won’t get fixed either. turning a cotton mill from the 1800s into an a apartment is just a terrible idea lol

Granby Mills has an awesome location for USC students especially if you’re heading to Williams-Brice for a football game as it’s right up the road. The building itself is a beautiful, clean historic spot, and the staff is genuinely exceptional.
