My husband and I live there for three years and when we first moved in, it …ok… But after the first year, they started having people rent who were blaring rap music in their cars in the parking lot. There was three different shootings within a six month period And they have a faulty Watermain that has been that way for many years and they’ve never fixed so two years into our Tenancy they decided to start charging each tenant a water bill, but it was billed through a third-party company who had a 1.3 star on Google for being a scam company. They were threatening tenants who were under a lease that if they didn’t pay the water bill, they were going to be evicted, even though they’re current lease said they did not owe any bills, other than rent. I could go on for at least two more paragraphs
This place is a dump..Run people.
