Grammercy Apartments

The location is great since it’s close to different places such as Walmart across the street, Starbucks, Whole Foods , and plenty of restaurants. Our community is pretty quiet, neighbors are respectful, and staff is helpful. Stella is always welcoming, very patient, and responsive. Most issues are handled pretty quickly by maintenance.

I was told because maintenance requests are done in order and there was a few people in front of me it'd take probably about 3 days to get to me, because they're off on the weekends. They came that day and luckily I was there. They were communicative and worked fast.

This place has the worst management and very unresponsive crews. If you want to experience a nightmare, visit Grammercy Apartments and try to lease an apartment—you’ll end up and running away from this area.

My boyfriend moved in around July and has had issues with mice and roaches. When maintenence comes to "fix" the problem, all they do is spray in the kitchen. They have sprayed twice and we have caught 3 mice with our own traps and have still seen roaches. Do not move here.

Welcome to the dystopian apartment complex of Grammercy Apartments where children roam unsupervised, the pool is never open, crime runs rampant, and trash is everywhere. This complex is a nightmare to start it’s disgusting and tenants apparently don’t know the concept of a trash can. I would see trash on the sidewalk and grass all the time. Speaking of trash it wasn’t emptied for a whole month last year and piled up really bad which is quite a health hazard. Now on to crime, several of my previous neighbors have had their cars broken into and had parts from their car stolen. I’ve had to call the cops several times when I saw something suspicious or heard/saw domestic abuse. I would hear gunshots about once a month from the distance. And there was even a shootout in the apartment complex
