Graduate Village Apartments

This housing complex predominantly made for graduate students. There are two types of apartments -two bed room and three bedroom. Two bedroom costs. $1300+ and three bedrooms 1400+. All these rent includes wifi and electricity. The authority combined the wifi and electricity from 2024, before the electricity bill was separate for everyone. The good thing is, you will get URI shuttle service, high speed university controlled Wifi. There are around 8 laundry room that includes washing machine and dryer and can be used as pay to go using laundry app. Overall the housing is the cheapest option compared to the local housing price and distance.

Cheap comfy very nice place to be in! Lovely people all around! Excellent commute to the URI campus!

Best choice for URI student. Just a walk from campus shuttle and bus stop. But it is somehow old, it has no outdoor sport field or gym. Room is quite old. Ceramic floor is a minus which makes it crazily cold during winter

Old and in great need of updating. I understand it's graduate housing, but considering the cost of rent + utilities, really??? Very old bathroom and plumbing fixtures, rusty electric baseboard heaters, and outdated tile floors.

Close to the main campus and cheaper than other same level apartments in this area. Prob the best choice for the URI grads.
