Hello, I hope you have another option at hand, the truth is that the administration is not the best, when you require help or understanding they are not 100%. Poor information management. Every night it was a suffering to park as a resident, you had to be obliged to rebook a spot because if not unfortunately you had nowhere to leave it the tow truck would take it, and they would not take responsibility, more than once I had to talk to the office and these were their negative responses. From the first day they handed over the apartment it came with insects included (cockroaches) I had to deal with this filth all year because when they came with the poison it was more of a waste of time than a solution, the power would go out during the week and you wouldn't know about the power until the ne

This is a great community to live in. Our landlord, Ana M. Cantù, is the best. She is so nice and thoughtful towards all residents. There are always special events that she plans for residents. Here are some photos of our Mother’s Day event.

Very Nice Residence, prompt in response to request, and provided residents' breakfast the other day. The maintenance staff are very positive , professional and empathic. Manager - Ana always ready to go above and beyond to rectify things when necessary.

We have lived here several years. This place is the best by far. Mrs. Cantù and all the staff are super friendly and thoughtful of the residents. We just went through a major storm with power outages and downed trees; and yet, our landlord was kind enough and thoughtful enough to BBQ some food for our struggling community. May God Bless those less fortunate through these difficult times.

I love to share my experience in this apartment complex, because out of the many that I have lived in, none has ever made me feel like I am at home. That is due to the management here, they are awesome and they care about you, personally. They treat you right and help out in every possible way when needed. they attend to your needs and make you feel welcomed. The apartments are also great, clean and been taken care off. I recommend it to anyone that is looking for a home and a nice apartment. To be treated right and to have a team that has your back, no matter what and not change after signing the contract.
