Graceland Flats

my experience at Graceland Flats has been great. Ms. Deborah is very patient & understanding. Maintenance calls come quick to fix issues , overall i have been pleased with my apartments .

My experience with Graceland Flats were fine up until my roof leaked for a whole week management didn’t offer no kind of concern my mattress was damaged by that moldy coffee looking water that leaked for a week I really was told last Monday no one was coming out today or Tuesday last week they will come Wednesday I’m like ok why so long they came Thursday and I heard scrapping sounds that made the leak worse NO COMFORT FOR ME OR MY DAUGHTER BUT FOR MOST YALL WANT RENT….. Well if I could have gave yall 5star minus I would have If I was showed any remorse to my situation I would have still with yall but now IM GONE AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND YALL TO NONE OF FRIENDS AND FAMILY

I’ve been staying here for a while now and my experience here is 10/10 Ms Deborah and maintenance are amazing! I love my apartment and the environment !

Love how fast my daughter was able to move in! (It’s been a while) Property manager is always available to answer any questions.

Love Graceland. Can't wait to go back to visit Lisa. You have to experience its history and its beautiful peacefulness.
