Grace Development

I live in the Louise Avenue Apartments, one of the Grace Development properties, and I have tremendously enjoyed my experiences while living here. The location is great, and the building is in great condition due to recent renovations in 2016. There are laundry machines on site and secure access to the building. I am a minute’s walk from restaurants, shops, and entertainment. I also feel safe knowing that my building is located within walking distance to three separate hospitals. I also appreciate Mr. Grace (the property owner) and his attention to the needs of his tenants. Once, I had a problem getting in touch with the residential leasing agent about a fire alarm in the hallway that had been beeping loudly for a week. However, once Mr. Grace heard about my frustration with the problem,

Frederick is a class act and a very professional real estate investor. I have interacted with him several times on various transactions and have had nothing but a positive experience. I would recommend Frederick and his team to the Nashville community.

NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! The owner has consistently waged war against the tenants by issuing lawsuits and failing to repair building. Negligence on their part in many of the utilities and did not notify the apartment complex after a fire in the basement. Old and outdated buildings, be weary!

Terrible business. Wouldn’t do business with these people.

I lived in a unit at one of their west palm beach locations where everything was broke, there were bugs crawling out of the walls and homeless people sleeping on the patio out back. Probably why they don’t post that building as a business on google maps. 405 Northwood Road is the location I’m referencing. Stay far away.
