Shout out to Noah he help me find a nice size 3 bedroom and waited 3hrs past his hours of work to make sure I get my keys. Most of the bad reviews are from years ago I can see how they have fixed most of the prior residents issues. But this is RICHMOND and LOCATION MATTERS just try and find and apartment this size in Newyork… you can’t and Richmond is becoming the next big city grab some location before you are priced out

I do not like giving bad reviews, especially when I understand that people get busy and make mistakes, but this was both bad and unprofessional. My daughter made a tour appointment on a Friday. The soonest they could show her the apartment was the following Thursday (today). She called Monday when we saw that there was a new listing that was bigger, with laundry in the apartment, and asked to add that to the tour. They agreed if we could get there earlier (12:30 instead of 2:00) All good. They then suggested that if she was really interested in that unit, she should put in an application ($35 for her, $35 for co-signer). We wouldn’t be obligated but it would hold it... so we did, knowing we’d be able to see it first. But we were wrong. Fast forward to today, and we show up 5 minutes ea

I wanted to look at renting a unit and made an appointment to do so. In the meantime, the vacant unit I was going to look at received an application, so they refused to show it to me even though the applicant was not yet approved and would not have yet moved in. They also REFUSED to show me another unit at my already scheduled appointment time, which is completely unreasonable as it was 2 days prior to my appointment. Also, the available times for viewing are unreasonable for someone who has to work on weekdays. I do NOT recommend. Even scheduling a tour was a nightmare, I can't imagine what service is like when a tenant.

The location is the only thing going for them. That being close to vcu campus. - The floor plans are not shown on the website - The elevator was broken for over 6 months before repairs even started There are so many problems with the new website used for paying rent. - There is no option to fulfil the payment from multiple accounts. Unfriendly for leases including roommates and multiple payment routes. - There is no option to make 'eCheck' payments. This forces you to pay using methods that require a higher payment fee (entering card information rather than a direct deposit from a bank account) - The only communication we have received relating to the website/rent issues is "we are working on it".
