Since Lissett took over the management of the company, my experience with GPM has been outstanding. The entire team, especially Lissett, Donna, and Carlos, has shown professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine commitment. As a long-term president of a condo association devastated by three different hurricanes in 3 years I can attest to the essential role that GPM played in our recovery. Their support and providing quality vendors who have fair prices for quality work (which is rare to find) was invaluable. They're highly qualified. Lissett possesses several college degrees & her son Carlos has his MBA. They are overqualified compared to many other agents. I especially like how they've modernized the company and opened online instant pay portals for owners to make it easier to keep up with assessments and COA HOA payments. Donna was awesome about addressing our problem. I just always want to be honest and if service changes, we will update. But they have been great so far. Always want to be honest with the world with experiences good or bad.
