Governors Place Townhomes

Living at Governors place townhome apartment complex has been such a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, Christine, the manager, has been so kind and helpful, always making sure everything ran smoothly. The maintenance team was also amazing—always quick, efficient, and friendly whenever I needed assistance. I truly felt cared for here, and that made it feel like home. Although I’m sad to leave, I’m extremely grateful for the time I’ve spent here and for all the support from the staff. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live.

We moved here almost a year ago & it was the BEST decision!!! We are so happy with the space, management style & maintenance upkeep!! Anytime we have a concern maintenance calls or shows up within the hour to address it. & the property manager, Christine is genuinely so kind & professional. The management here really knows how to make us feel at home. Pricing is decent & the neighborhood is kept nice! We give the homes 10 stars & the people working here 100,000,000 stars for always being there to support!

My son and I moved into Governor's Place Townhomes over a year ago and have had nothing but a positive experience with our home. The two floor layout is spacious and having multiple floors gives a great sense of separation between living and sleeping areas, which I really appreciate. The awesome office staff and maintenance crew are incredibly responsive, warm, and go above and beyond — often fixing issues the same day and treating residents like family. When I had a serious maintenance issue, office staff communicated with me every step of the way until the issue was resolved. So glad we chose here to make our home!

Very small kitchens, not a ton of storage and the upstairs is difficult to cool off. At almost 11pm, outside is 54, upstairs is still 75. You shouldn't have to run your air conditioner just to make the upstairs comfortable enough to sleep. Decent rent.

Great experience at Governors Place Townhomes! We lived there for almost 7 years and never had a problem. Christine and the maintenance staff are awesome! The townhomes are nice and comfortable and well maintained. The rent is still lower than a lot of other places in the area. Great location as well!
