Governor Sproul Apartments

We lived here for several years and never had any problems. Management was responsive to our needs. It is a very convenient location, and it was for us, since I didn't have a car at the time. Nice long yard to get some exercise on. Within walking distance of many needs, and also right by a few bus lines.

I lived there for 2 years and had a horrible experience.The majority of it was from staff.I witnessed negligent operation of golf cart they drive around in and contacted corporate. Six months later one of the maintenance guys hit my parked car with it and caused over 1k in damages.They treat residents with disrespect and talk about them like they are the problem. I noticed many health and safety violations throughout the entire complex.I took pictures and called the township code enforcement officer. He came and made them repair and clean the hallways of feces both animal and human ( disgusting). Jennifer is the worst she covers up for maintenance because they are all family. I had to leave this review because I saw on the news the tree that crushed that car and the owners post.Please call

It was a very pleasant experience doing a tour with Mary. Not only was she very knowledgeable, but also Understood what our needs were. As a matter of fact, everyone there couldn’t have been friendlier!

The staff at Governor Sproul is very helpful and nice. They treated my mom like family while she lived there. So when I needed a place to live for my daughter and myself I called and Jenn took great care of us. Love the fact that we can have our fur babies.

I feel compelled to warn others about this apartment complex. In my experience, it has been very unsafe due to the conditions of the property. A tree on their property fell on my car and destroyed it, causing me to not be able to drive it for 2 months. Management has not been accountable, many of the issues are still completely unresolved. They have provided no reimbursement, despite them being totally in the wrong. The tree was rotted through and completely hollow. Please watch where you park your cars! In my experience with Governor Sproul, if something happens to your vehicle they will NOT take care of you. I’m setting up insect traps AGAIN for the camel crickets in the apartment. Please make an informed decision before moving here!!
