The personnel is friendly and courteous.You are treated with respect and dignity. The workforce is effective and efficient. Whenever you need something done is accomplished within a short period of time. You do not need to wait for too long. I really thank the entire personnel for what they do. Thank you!

Francesco was amazing! From start to finish, he made my entire application process smooth and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, patient, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. What I loved most was his personality-funny, personable and easy to talk to. It honestly felt like chatting with a friend who genuinely wanted to help me get approved. Was evicted. I am disabled recently had a heart attack. All they want is the money. They don't care if you are sick or might die. Maintenance is very efficient. Office is very rude. I had mice running around They called Orkin and all he did was put traps down. They are in the walls. Let talk about mold. They had a guy come out and check air quality. It was black mold and it made me sick They tickle and dime you for everything. Take my advice. DONT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU. ONLY ABOUT MAKING MONEY. AGAIN DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE

Every time I have a request regarding my apartment, the staff is more than available to help me and this in a short time! They are respectful and do a very satisfactory job to satisfy the tenants. I love my apartment and I feel safe in the community 🙏🏼
