Goshen Property Management

I wanted to share my experience because I’ve noticed some mixed reviews, but my time with Goshen had been excellent. I've rented with them for years and the monthly payments are genuinely affordable, which is rare to find in such a great neighborhood. whenever I put in a request, they send out professional people who actually strive to repair things correctly

I rented with Goshen for almost 2 years. Maintenance was awful took several days in some cases for anyone to even come out and look at the situation and in many cases it was a short lived fix. There was damage to the home when we moved in and trash all over the property that we had to clean up, and vandalism all over the inside of the garage. When we moved out they kept our security deposit for repairs such as broken blinds, burnt out light bulbs and paint, which to their defense it needed repainted. However, even after the security deposit was kept in full they also charged us an additional $2000.00 plus for those repairs and cleaning of the yard even though we had informed them that we paid through the end of June and moved out at the end of May. This place is nothing but a money scam. O

Confirmed a viewing of a rental property this morning 2 hours in advance for a newly listed property in Mount Hope that appeared this morning, February 22, 2025. Got an email and text confirmation. Got to property a few minutes early and waited a total of 40 minutes. Called and texted the phone number on website and on the phone number listed lockbox for key on the door. Completely ignored and the realtor was a no show. Turns out a few minutes after leaving the property, the realtor had someone pull down the listing not only on Zillow Rentals and their official website too. So, obviously someone was in office and actively working. I have yet to receive any correspondence, explanation, or apology for the no show. More to come... Now that our home is no longer being managed by them, I can fully tell what a horrible experience from start to finish this company was. The first house we moved into was absolutely filthy when we got the keys. A person came over and supposedly cleaned, but we spent an entire day actually cleaning, there were fleas, and the house was terrible. But we stayed. Spent the majority of the summer without AC. Found mold but was told it was nothing. Moved into our second house. DID NOT get all of our deposit back because of stupid things that were messed up before we moved in. But yet the new house had problems. Discovered mold again! This time they had to do something because our daughter was sick from the mold. This is the worst experience I've ever had in my life dealing with Goshen rentals. I took my $50 then I was told they couldn't help me because they no longer help people on section 8 after I payed them $50. The guy up front Clay, Kim should be ashamed of themselves. They all work together and sucking people out of their money and in return they'll come back with we can't help you. Or we're no longer taking section 8. Save your money people please do not waste your time. Read the reviews for you give these people your money and that was one t I don't know who the owner is but they need to know that Kim and Clay is not running their business professionally.
