I highly recommend Gordon River apartments for next home ! And the view of the river and close to downtown Naples , who could as for more!! -Kari

Horrible experience rude receptionist refuse to answer questions about surrounding area which through refusal answered my question . Be wary of moving into Gordon River Apartments. The surrounding area has been known as a violent drug area in the past and clearly still is. A sales person's job is to promote what they're selling in this instance an apartment and when asked if the area has cleaned up if it had she would have told me. When asking a question about the surrounding area the sales individual kept repeatedly saying she would not answer, I was not asking about the actual safety of Gordon River Apartments nor was I asking no I was asking about the racial makeup. I was asking if the area had become safer again I asking about Gordon River Apartments I was asking about the surroundin

I have lived at Gordon River Apartments for 8 years now and has seen some great positive changes over the years. Gordon River Apartments is safe, affordable, centrally locates, and peaceful. I love it here.

How anyone could give this place a 5 star is beyond me. roach infested, loud neighbors always playing loud music, and God, the freaking wall units. It was always hot. Rent kept spiking after they were bought out. It went from $650 with the original owners to 1,000 and it's still going. Damn! place small, but the price keeps rising.

Renovations went well. Great positioning in town for the price. I only wish outside noise levels were a little lower. Hard to police residents with big subs in their cars I would imagine.
