Gordon Place

I moved from Gordon Place recently to relocate for grad school but it was lovely. Great location, spacious, in the middle of everything but still very private. It’s literally down the street from the capital which makes for great morning/evening walks and even runs up the canyon. There’s lots of restaurants within walking distance as well if you’re a foodie like me. While I don’t have a lot of pics that are of the place itself I will say that it was very versatile and easy to furnish/decorate with the things I already had. It’s a great spot for young professionals.

I have enjoyed living in my darling one bedroom apartment at The Gordon Apartments. It has hands down been the best living arrangement I’ve ever had. The best parts about living here for me are: 1. The grounds are well kept 2. There are two high efficiency washers and two dryers to get all the laundry done faster in basement of the building 3. There is recycling services 4. There’s a lovely park in the backyard to enjoy laying out and relaxing in my hammock 5. I feel super safe with the security arrangements in place 6. My neighbors are the best 7. Traxs is super close—when my car broke down I was easily able to walk downtown to the train station to get to work 8. This place has been AMAZING!!! We were bummed to move but unfortunately my roommate and I left the area for work. They are SO fast about responding and they are great about providing excellent customer service and taking care of any issues that may come up. The location is ideal and the neighbors are so kind too! If a place comes open, RENT IT!

Great place to live. VERY close to downtown. Beautiful and secluded park behind the property. Management team is responsive and helpful.

Love living so close to work and public transportation. I don’t have a car so this place is perfect for me. I appreciate the well-maintained landscaping.
