My wife and I were very fortunate to find Gordan when we began our search for a new home two years ago. We wanted someone who was energetic, well-informed and responsive and Gordan fit the bill wonderfully. Throughout the recent crazy housing market , we pestered Gordan many times about potential places and he worked hard to inform us about each property in detail. Moving from NJ to VA was a big move for us and when we did finally find the perfect place, Gordon coordinated all the details: title co, inspector, loan agency, as well as negotiating competitively for us so that we could even close the deal from NJ! We have dealt with agents before but Gordon was "hands down" the best we have ever dealt with helping us find the place we are retiring in.

Gordon was extremely fast and helpful returning calls, texts, and emails. He came through and knew excellent information during crucial times in my homebuying process. He recommended other businesses needed for me to get my home when so many others were trying to get the same home. Without his expertise and knowledge I would not have gotten the home of my dreams. Gordon is the kind of go-to realtor that you want - without his help we feel we never would have gotten this lovely home. He drove over 1 1/2 hours immediately when he found out about this house and got our bid in to the sellers in such a way, that we were the ones they chose. Gordon is very responsive to calls and texts and kept us apprised of everything in the process, even FaceTiming us with a tour of the house and grounds. Gordon is awesome. He helped me to buy my second home. He goes beyond his required responsibilities to help and make sure the client is satisfied.
