Goodwin Park Apartments

Pictures speak for themselves. I wouldn't be moving here, definitely wouldn't be paying to rent a place like that, even if it cost $10 dollars monthly. The laundromat by itself is a disaster, they don't have a leasing office or security on premises either. Whoever manages this place clearly doesn't care about the property of people that lives there, otherwise this place wouldn't have gotten this bad. Amazing how much water damage, and what looks like mold and dirt buildup in this place. I'll probably get sick if I spend one night there. No thank you though you will not be getting my money or business to live in a place like that.

I have lived in these apartments for a little over a year now. Shortly before I moved in, the management changed hands to The Property Portfolio. I have no complaints about their service. They are responsive and understanding and offer some of the lowest rent rates around! The rent reflects the quality of the actual space with cheap construction, tight kitchens, and badly installed carpets. What the maintenance crew lacks in professionalism they make up for in efficiency and expediency. I have yet to have any problem with insect or rodent pests. The apartments themselves are in a quiet and relatively safe community with several children and dogs that spend a lot of time outside. I love living here and the cost makes it even more worth while.

I lived here in the mid 90s during the Clinton administration. I had a neighbor, Dr. Patel, who did off the books dental work in his apartment. Did some great crown work for me.

the truth is I'm disappointed by the place, in my apartment nothing works ... the current administration is the worst I've seen in my life there is no maintenance, there are vices in the apartments ... I'm on the verge of madness because I do not They give resouesta if they are going to mend something or that they will ... the truth very bad place

I had bad experience there..👎 The person who told us before moving on said that they will fix the apartment issue because It was a lot damage on the apartment and the day that we paid when we saw nothing fixed we called them even tho the carpet was bad lying people but the person seems so professional in the way that she told us .. Yes we are gonna fix everything bad service👎
