Goodnow Hill Apartments

Snow Storm came and it's been dripping water around the windows into our apartment all night. They are doing nothing about it. They didn't even bring any towels to help soak up the water. This is a known issue and nothing is being done about it.

MICE MICE MICE!!!!! Had to buy my own traps caught over 10 since I been here, maintenance don’t help at all, they run on your stove while your cooking literally… the building is nasty, you can hear the mice at night having a field day in the kitchen and walls. 0/10 would never recommend, they need to knock these buildings down. They even come in the bed room and bathroom making holes everywhere. STAY AWAY if you don’t want multiple roommates who don’t pay rent!!!!!!

Nice cozy place. I live it here alot. I have a beautiful one bedroom apt.

They dont pick the phone and the staff is really rude

I’ve been here for almost 2 years. I think it’s a great apartment to start off in. This is my first apartment living by myself and I love it. Water and basic cable are included. Half way through my 1 year lease, they sent me a lease for a cheaper price. The central AC/heat is wonderful. I had one issue with roaches and they gave me a 3 part treatment... I no longer have that issue. The unit itself is pretty basic/standard. But I love the large bedroom and closet space. Maintenance is always on point! Our groundskeeper is a sweet person. It always smells nice after he cleans. I stopped using the washer/dryer downstairs in our apartment. I didn’t particularly care for it. The leasing office is terrible at Goodnow, however, Parkside (across the street) handles all of Regional Management’s bus
