3 years ago we were looking to purchase an investment property in Searcy County, and had contacted Sue expressing interest in a particular property. We live out of state and arranged for a date about a week in advance to drive up and meet her at Ferguson’s then go look at house. The day we drove up (day before we are supposed to meet), I called her to confirm a time, and she tells me that “sorry, that property is under contract.” Which I understand, time is of the essence. She didn’t offer to look for any other properties matching our budget / needs, didn’t even suggest giving her some time to find others we may be interested in. Just “sorry” after we have driven 9 hours, no further suggestions, no further effort on her end to take care of a customer. Seemed like she couldn’t be bothered a

They do not want to sell you land. Incredible. I simply wanted to know where exactly a property is located. I asked nearly three weeks ago. I am having flash backs to 9 years ago when I had the same trouble begging agents to show properties. It’s like pulling teeth. We finally were able to buy. We have since sold it. ON OUR OWN for the same reason. How do you pay your bills if you don’t do your job? I’ve never seen anything like the lazy agents in this state. Good grief.

They are detail oriented, communication is excellent and their professionalism is off the charts. When my husband and I are ready to jump into buying a home! We will definitely be contacting them.

Terrible listing practices, lies, and hidden information. They misrepresented a property and cost me a 12hr one way drive and hundreds of dollars to come look at a house that was not listed correctly. I found numerous other listings misrepresented and discrepancies with this company. I'm sure Harrison, Arkansas has better realtors to do business with. I would highly recommend talking with someone more knowledgeable and trustworthy than Goodman Realty.

We worked with Cheryl Hensley and she was incredible. Cheryl went above and beyond what a normal Realtor would do. Her assistance and compassion to my family was a god send. I would highly recommend Cheryl Hensley to all.
