I can’t thank Anna and Brittany enough for helping me💖 They took the time to make sure that I truly was 100% comfortable with my experience and decision on my unit no matter how busy they were. I never felt like a burden. I was able to walk through my unit before signing my lease. I already feel so incredibly lucky to be calling this place home soon. Anna, Brittany, and Sheila have been amazing. They all have been so helpful and patient with all my questions(and there were a lot 😅). AJ the maintenance guy is awesome too. Horrible area to live in if you haven't lived in Fayetteville before; you can't sit in the parking lot without people coming to you to ask for stuff. The outside appearance on Google looks nothing like it actually does. That's what it used to look like, doesn't look like that anymore. The doors never properly locked to the facility so it felt very unsafe. The rooms do not look like they do in pictures. The lobby is very nice though.

GoodHomes Cedar Creek really impressed me during my tour. The indoor pool was spotless and felt like such a luxury, and the lobby area was designed as a clubhouse and gameroom that's perfect for hosting friends. The apartments themselves were bright and thoughtfully laid out. You can tell they’ve put a lot of care into the community—it definitely left a great first impression!

I really enjoyed my tour of GoodHomes Cedar Creek. The apartments are modern and well designed, and the amenities really stood out—the indoor pool and beautiful courtyard were especially impressive. The whole property is bright and newly renovated, and feels luxurious. The staff was super welcoming and answered all my questions. Definitely a great option if you're looking for a place in Fayetteville!
