Goodall Homes - Laurelstone

This company will make all sorts of promises to lure you in to their new communities with amazing amenities.... and leave you with $300 a month HOA fees and absolutely NOTHING. We were suppose to have a community garden and community center, a dog park, walking trail, and then it changed to a pool.... THREE years later and still no signs of ANYTHING and they keep taking our money. Development on this community has completely stopped, while they start developing in other parts of the same city, promoting amenities in those communities just like they did in ours. We have to let people know about this so that they don't get caught in the same exact situation we are. We have been given no answers, no explanations and no timelines.

I moved in my home two years ago excited about my new home and the promise of a community garden a dog park and House. We still look in our backyard and see nothing but a blank field that looks like a dumping ground. We have been given no direction no Indication of when any of the above promises become reality. There is no one at GOODALL that will listen to us and we are on our fourth or fifth HOA company who won’t listen either. GOODALL is Continuing to build new housing editions all around us I advise anyone who is looking to buy anything that GOODALL touches to stay away. There are too many other good builders out there that don’t have this reputation and don’t just out and out lie and ignore the people who trusted them

Hello all, I bought my first house 2.5 years ago with a promise of amenities and a building plan of more than 300+ houses being built in this development within a completion of 5 years. I am 2.5 years in and no amenities, no additional houses, and a silent HOA (I think our development is on thier 4th HOA rep. company ) with a promise of release of 5 years. No dog park, no community garden, no club house, or other amenities, No additional building. Do not expect the old "Goodall" reputation to uphold to the new money grab and unfinished comunity they are promising now.

I love my neighbors. Unfortunately, the amenities promised have yet to come to fruition. I was looking forward to a community garden. Building seems to have stopped. I am hoping we will get answers soon.

If I could, I’d give 0 stars. They promised a community with more than 100 houses and different amenities. It’s been almost 3 YEARS and we have 1/4 of the community built and NO AMENITIES AT ALL. We have no clue of when this is gonna happen as they never give us a firm ETA. Think twice before doing business with Goodall.
