Steve was very punctual, professional and very helpful! He was very thorough, detailed and meticulous with our inspection. He took his time and made sure he covered everything. He, more than once, asked me if we had any questions and offered to go over the inspection item by item so that we understood everything. I would highly recommend Steve for a thorough, highly detailed inspection report of your home. We called Steve for our one year warranty inspection on our new build home. He checked everything you would want to be included in the report, and more!! He emailed us a detailed, informative, report with pictures within hours of completion. I highly recommend this company to anyone. Why? ....Steve is very proficient , very professional and most of all very helpful and considerate. I called him at the last minute to do the 4 point inspection and wind mitigation to one of my houses and he was able to accommodate me the next day and finished the report the same day. And to top it off, for my other house he came in on a weekend just to accommodate me again ( although he does not work on weekends) because he knew I was pressed for time . I also received the result in an hour. Wow! What a service!!! Steve went the extra mile just to get the job done and pleases his customers. That's very rare to find nowadays.
