I had a very disappointing experience with Leo. He assured me that the house I was interested in did not have lead paint, which was a major concern for me due to health reasons. I later found out this was not true—the property does contain lead paint. It’s clear now that Leo either didn’t do his due diligence or knowingly misled me just to close the sale. Either way, it’s unacceptable. I trusted him to be honest and transparent, and instead I feel deceived. I would not recommend working with him.
