Golden Ridge Apartments

I am a 100 percent service connected Army veteran. I moved in golden ridge in Monticello NY on November 26th last year. Ever since I moved in I have had nothing but aggravation with the apartment manager. I have a friend who has a service dog that weighs more than 25 pounds. I can't have my friend visit me because of her dog. I tried to do the right thing and have the dog registered but the manager says no because the dog has to be my service dog. I got a notice today that they are not going to renew my lease. I will be a homeless veteran once again because of a big service 🐕‍🦺. Its more like a rehap for people who are addicted to drugs The apartments are beautiful and the lobby is clean But the agency that is providing their clients with housing here are not doing their job Some are not taking their medication and are acting out and harassing others. I thought this place was for Seniors ,Veterans and disabled The police has to be called before the agency follow up Its not fair for Seniors or the disabled that live here

This property is very clean and quiet. I love living here

The senior property manager Dina is extremely unprofessional. She is rude and just a person who is mean for sport. She should truly take a class on professional. Not one resident has anything nice to say about her. Many residents have moved out and staff have left because of her. If not for her the place would be so much better. Going to lose a lot of business because of her. Shame on you Dina!!!!

Well I came and looked at a handicap apartment and was told it was the apartment that would be mine and it was nice so I excepted it. A month later I packed and moved all my belongings to Monticello NY and they gave me a totally different apartment that is NOT HANDICAP excessable which I need because I'm in a wheelchair paralyzed from the chest to my toes
