Golden Plaza Apartments

I'm providing a HIGH WARNING to whomever decides to live in Cuero, TX do not live in the Golden Plaza or Colonial Manor Apartments! They're both under the supervision of Tracie Granger & she is not a landlord to be trustworthy of! The past years I lived in the apartments were horrible! She treats her tenants with favoritism! The apartments are poorly renovated. It sometimes comes with a fridge & stove, but they were not functional! I had to wait for the past 2 apartments I moved into to get the fridge & stove replaced, but now Tracie will have you buy your own appliances! She had my partner pay for a parking spot at the Colonial Manor, but not the Golden Plaza or else you get your vehicle towed! The laundromat they provide is barely functional & not worth wasting money! The roaches are a h

This place illegally evicted someone. They accepted a deposit and a couple of weeks later illegally evicted them while pocketing the money. The person they evicted was not permitted to get their belongings. Stuck kout in the streets homeless. Thank God for messenger. He can prove his case in the criminal law. May God have the same mercy on you.

I will never rent from this place again landlord is very rude and make any excuse to fix anything very slow about repairs doesn’t communicate well plus roaches are very bad

I hate it here they real slow about fixing thing I'm burning up because my air conditioning is not working and they taking there time fixing it when they do finally fix something they take the cheapest route so it's gonna break again Soon im being eaten alive by ants everything is super old here r and need to be replaced do not move here if u can avoid it it's horrible I hate I signed a year's lease I'm miserable here

I don't like living in apartments I know some do but I don't.
