Golden Plains manages Lazy L Mobile home park and its mediocre at best! pot holes and snow removal not handicapped accessible and not upholding state regulations.
Melanie Goodenberger is an amazing lady. She helped my husband and I when we were looking for our new home in McCook. She answered all of my crazy questions an helped with the process of all the paperwork even with me being in Colorado at that time. We highly recommend calling her.
Never trust a dual agent agreement, I feel like I was never represented as a buyer in my contact with an agent from golden plains. I was lied to twice and now I am out 1000s due to "my" agent not disclosing crucial facts about the deal.
Website was easy to view and self explanatory on what your looking for. Needs to make sure that rentals are up to date along with the homes for sale not that many considering this is a pretty big community
