Golden Oaks Apartments

What a dump. Drive-by today, February 1, 2026, and you will see a homeless camp right outside the doors of the apartments. Sorry for the people that actually pay to live here. There is also a blue van that is allowed to camp outside the apartments. This complex ruins the whole neighborhood.

I recently moved into Golden Oaks Apt about a year ago , when I first saw the area I was a little skeptical being the surroundings but after getting to know the area I realized how accommodating it was , while living there I had a issue with my air and I was able to put in a note for a new one and a few days later a brand new in box ac was installed in my home , I was really happy to say that the manager took my issue first hand and had it dealt with , also the resident who live there are really respectful and are kind I saw a neighbor sweeping up the leaves and debris in front of porches from a recent week of bad weather , not to include this place is really pet friendly , I was talking with the manager about a random idea I had about installing a fence post around the grass area to allow

I've been living in the Golden oaks apartments for about 2 years now and it has been a great place for me I have not had many problems The manager is is very nice and persistent on keeping up the apartments this is like a little community here I would refer people to these apartments very nice

Great place to live and raise a family, very friendly people in the area, most of all the manager Mrs Syliva Garcia is a wonderful and friendly person, she will make sure you have all you need and more, she's so kind and helpful, she has done alot just to make sure you are safe at all times, she works her heart out even on her days off and even on holidays, she's one of the best apartment managers I've came across. Moving here was one of the best moves anyone could make, Mrs Sylvia makes sure that if you need or want for anything that shes there with no problems, i havent hade not one problem, her office door is always open witch is a plus, besides that the complex is not that far from two shopping Plazas as well as a gas station and much much more.

She doesn't like to spray I clean my house with bleach and stuff every day they don't seal the walls and if she does spray it's not done right I don't live like this I have a new born coming and I don't need him to have infections this apartment is a dump
