George Hahalis used deceptive practices to cause a loss in my time and a delay in listing my property for sale. He was not honest about his word and commitment to keep an agreement which means under U.S. Law George was fraudulently listing me in to acquire his services as my listing agent. George agreed to a commission rate then when we met to take pictures of the home George attempt to swindle me more than $thousands of dollars by adding 1% to his commission after already agreeing to a certain amount. George became Deceptive and preaditorizing using unlawful business practices. He lost all trust and I will not work with Golden Gate Sotheby’s , Redfin is more professional and established as an honest and respected corporation in the real estate business. Please read reviews carefully. My Agent Jeannine Gomes works at Heritage Sotheby and you couldn't ask for better. I have bought and sold several properties with her assistance and she is thorough, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I also know several of the other agents in this office and would use and/or refer any of them. Two reviews do not equal a bad office. There is always two sides to every story.

Excellent marketing, great advice, wonderful photographer, and good referrals for people to fix stuff.
