We had a wonderful rental experience with Ann. She is very busy, but in the two years we lived in our home, she was very attentive and quick to address any situation that arose, and very compassionate and understanding of odd situations. She is firm, yet fair. As long as you’re not doing something you shouldn’t be, you will never have a problem renting through her. Highly recommend.

I was a tenant in a unit for about a year in West Central, and it was the best rental experience of my life. Ann was prompt, and very good at dealing with any and all issues that arose. Ann is always friendly, respectful and helpful. She made sure our rental was in really good condition before we moved in and whenever there is a problem, she makes sure it gets fixed within the day. We even had some flooding in our basement on Easter Sunday and she had emergency plumber out within an hour. I would highly recommend this realty company!!!!
