Golden Apartments

As far as the RV that was plugged in through the window of an apartment, that has only happened one time and management quickly put an end to that problem. And the tenants that they were plugged into, they were evicted shortly after. Unfortunately when have deal with tenants that are filthy nasty people they do attract bugs. But the Golden Apartments does adhere to any and all HUD policies and fair housing guidelines. Everyone deserves a chance at housing. And no this maintenance supervisor does not do dope nor buy anything from anyone living in an RV. From time to time we do have to interact with less fortunate people who live on the street in recreational vehicles. This is a tough problem that has been on the rise. We deal with many issues here at the Golden apartments and deal with them

The experience with the manager was very unpleasant. When we arrived, she met us at the office door, closed it in our face, and did not provide any information. She only handed us the applications and dismissed us in the most unprofessional and rude way. I believe this kind of treatment is not appropriate for someone representing an apartment comple

Don't go through these people. I barely make $400 a week. My son and I qualify for a low income apartment and they said I make too much. It doesn't make any sense how I make too much but yet rent is close to $2000 a month for 95% of Reno and the utilities on top of that are outrageous now a days. Plus insurance,food,gas, and other things needed for everyday life. I live paycheck to paycheck. I was hoping to finally get a place but they turned me down saying I make way too much. So am I only allowed to make like $1000 a month to be considered low income now. I waiting on this list for nothing when I could have been waiting on other lists. Don't waste your time here.

This place sucks it takes maintenance mouths upon months to come in and fix anything then there’s demand to know what your service animals do for you. They do not clean the property I have found needles and other drug paraphernalia on property, they are rude and don’t listen to nobody. They fine you if you do not answer your door or let them in. And they say that is part of FPI Management.

Michelle is so knowledgeable. She really is a wonderful manager and get things done!
