They did what was needed for me to buy into a mobile home community as an out-of-state buyer working with the seller's son as the POA agent. No real estate broker. Needed paperwork to assign a lease, transfer the mobile home title and community membership certificate. Staff was clear about what was needed for closing, which i provided by mail so I did not attend.

Gold’s went above and beyond handling our closings. Liana was our agent and kept us informed and updated. Even though there were some issues on the buyers side which caused more work for Gold’s, they moved us forward in a positive way and close the deal. We’ve used them several times and we’re always treated with respect and professionalism. Wouldn’t hesitate using them in the future.

This company was foisted on us as we were the buyers in a real estate transaction and the seller has the choice of title company for closing. I've had many real estate deals in my lifetime and these folks were some of the worst I've experienced. Extremely poor service, they actually lied to us several times as to our requests to close early. They don't return phone calls. I wouldn't recommend these guys to walk my dog much less handle large transactions. I think there are plenty of other reviews verifying this fact. I wish I'd had seen them before and had the choice of choosing a much more competent, polite, and professional company. Go elsewhere. These folks shouldn't be in business. Was the buyers agent on a very recent transaction with them (they were not our choice). Still have yet to be paid my commission. Keep being told I need to pay them a fee (after we already closed, mind you) for mail or wire if I want to receive it, otherwise I need to drive to their office and pick up my check. Have had to get my broker involved. Add to that they got the closing statement wrong 2x, first forgetting to prorate rent then adding an extra 15 days of rent that didn't exist. Just a mess. Plenty of better options for title companies.

Worst company to deal with would not recommend at all. Showed up to sign papers at time we agreed on and had to wait 1 1/2 for them to print out papers. Papers that should of already been done and ready when we arrived. Finally closed got our checks and tried depositing one and they put a hold on it saying they have had some fraudulent checks. So money was taken back out of account and we were charged $12. They say it’s our bank but our bank said there was no funds. Been a week and a half now and still no money all she said is it’s our bank stay as far away as possible terrible customer service would not recommend for anyone.
