Would give them zero stars if I could. They operate under the name Boulder Appraisers. Never talked to them. All through texts. Had to hound them for the appraisal after it was promised several times by a certain date and then never delivered. The real issue is that they undervalued our home by $1MM. Yes, you read that right. Their comps were a complete joke. Wasn’t even apples to apples. Was 25% lower than the assessed value for property tax purposes. Appraiser was so completely disconnected and then gave me some ridiculous explanation that defied logic. It was a unique property and the flagship lot in the entire neighborhood. House across the street which was the perfect comp which sold 6 months ago for $1MM more than their assessed value of our residence, they somehow missed. Got an app
