Good Evening, I spoke with a Tina Baumann last Tuesday 11.18.25 regarding a property I was interested in viewing. She is very rude and disrespectful. She states I contacted her last week and made plans with her for last Sunday. I did not speak with her till Tuesday and I did not get the email or text she stated she sent. She states she deleted the email and refused to provide her email so I can check to see if I actually received. She then proceeded to say I was being difficult and she did not want to work with me. Then hung up in my face. I felt when she answered the phone she tried to talk me out of the property so she didn't have to show it to me.

I originally found Mike through Redfin. What drew me to him was he was selling one of the cheaper homes in our area, so I thought there would be a chance he wouldn’t turn up his nose at our little cabin, despite his other higher end listings. As I had hoped, Mike did not. He told me a story of another house that sold, despite it needing work and I really felt good about his positive attitude. He wasn’t cocky; he wasn’t dismissive, but reassuring and hopeful. It was a big difference from another realtor we had used in the past. And this realtor did not sell our house.
