My original review ( still below) was written in good faith to share concerns about missed issues in the home. I will not engage further in personal back and forth, but stand by my review so that future buyers can make their own informed decisions. I hired Marty and over paid ( $600) than other inspectors($400 ish) thinking it is my personal home and I do not want to cut any corners. Marty is self proclaimed “best in market’ and I bought it. By far the most qualified home inspector I've ever worked with. Marty Goldsmith will go above and beyond to ensure inspections get done in a timely and thorough manner and had no problem handling a very large volume of properties in a very short amount of time. As an added bonus the tech setup he utilizes streamlines a lot of the inspection process that would slow it down normally which allowed us to get all of the inspections done before our deadline. I'd give 10 stars if I could honestly.
